Trust is built up when the team members see that you are there to back them up 100% you’re behind them and supporting them.

Just the other day I sat down with Shirley and I told her what an amazing job she did on these videos, her expertise has gotten amazing over the last year because she just keeps getting better and better. When we get better when we do things over and over repetition is the mother of skill.
So focus on the things that you can focus on and do well make sure that you are supporting the people on your team because the more you support the people on your team the more they going to trust you and the more they going to focus on their personal successes, which grows the whole team and grows the whole business.
